How it Works How to Participate

• Offer in market March 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015
• Offer available for all resellers
• Maximum payout of $1,500 per partner
• Limited to SMB segment only
• Limited to Open Licenses including Open Value
• Windows Server and corresponding Azure unit(s) DO NOT
have to be sold to the same customer
• Offer limited to first 2,000 eligible Microsoft Azure units sold in
correspondence to Windows Servers
• Check will be sent to partner within 45 days following month of

2. Log in to the Partner Investment Engine (PIE) with your
Microsoft credentials associated with your MPN ID
3. Click “I have an access code” and enter your information. If you
are a first time user, click “I do not have an access code” and

5. Select the Azure Taste Test tile under Payment Processing

6. E-sign the Azure Taste Test terms and conditions to request
that Microsoft send you the payment
7. Microsoft will track eligible sales via MS Sales during the offer
period and pay qualifying partners via direct rebate
8. You will be required to submit a W-9 form to receive payment

Ingram Micro Azure Proof of Concept (POC) program
Summary:
Ingram Micro is offering a “Sponsored Account” to select
partners to help onboard/accelerate a Microsoft Azure
deployment. These Azure tenants have the capability to
run multiple, partner-specific subscriptions that can be
built out as Azure Proofs-of-Concepts.

Ingram Micro POC ‘terms & conditions’
• Minimum investment from partner for entry is the procurement/Activation of 1 ($100) Azure production account for
either their own consumption or end customer consumption
• Business purpose for Azure POC - Partners to show an Azure Business Solution to replicate and sell to their
customer base
Preferable for Partner to have Azure as an IAAS practice to their business
Preferable for enabled Azure Partners to have a sales pipeline
• Validate an Azure solution for an existing customer whereas their Azure IUR @ $100/mo doesn’t suffice.
• Partner should be invested in a Microsoft support plan:

• Azure POC program requirement:
• Partner should be using Azure IUR on internal solutions (or)
