Basic Still in Glass
The Basic Still, manufactured by us is dependable
and cost effective. The basic still is simple of
operation and cleaning and offers continuous
Operation. A 3 KW chromium plated copper
heater is fitted in a horizontal borosilicate glass
boiler. For safety, a thermostat is installed in the
3 KW chromium plated copper heater that
mechanically switches off power in case of water
supply failure. The range works best with treated
or soft water for better quality distilled water as well
as for avoiding scaling in the boiler.

Is designed for continuous operation. It is easy to
use & clean, Reliable and Low Cost. It produces 4
Ltrs/hr distilled water, using 3 KW Quartz Sheathed
Heater housed in a horizontal Borosilicate Glass
Boiler.
Efficient Boiler & Condenser:
Provided with screw threaded joints for easy
connection of condenser The distilled water output is
cool at a temperature of 25-40 deg C 3 KW Quartz
Sheathed heater is fitted with a Thermostat which
shuts off Power automatically in case of water
supply failure

Distillation – 2 lts/hr
We manufacture a comprehensive range of Glass
Single Stage Distiller - 2 lts/hr which offers Pyrogen
free distillate free of heavy metals. It offers instant
distilled water flow and the single stage is chemically
inert to most solvents and acids, hence purer
distillate. It saves electricity as there is no heat
loss in the boiler.
