• WhitePro® should not be used during pregnancy or
breast-feeding.
• Do not use with children under 12 years.
• Check patient’s tooth sensitivity history.
• Do not use if there is a known allergy to any of the
constituents.
• Do not use with exposed dentine.

4. Gum Isolation with EasyDamGum Isolation with EasyDam

• Retract the Lips and tongue - instruct the patient to
keep the tongue away from the teeth.
• Isolate the gums along the gingival line ensuring that no
gum tissue is exposed along the margin between the
enamel and gum line – ensure the instructions provided
are closely followed.
• Keep a saliva evacuator in the mouth

• Mix blue powder & liquid provided in kit to a semi solid
gel like material as per instructions.
• Apply evenly to teeth. Gently push towards the gums
ensuring no material invades beyond the EasyDam gum
protection.
• Turn the over head light off to see Diode Beam’s action.

6. SmilePro980 Lasing ProcedureSmilePro980 Lasing Procedure
• Lase each tooth for approximately 30 - 40 seconds using a
selected power of 2 - 3 Watts applying in a continuous
circular motion.
• Ensure all teeth are exposed.
• Keep the hand piece 40 mm away from the tooth ensuring the
lens does not come into contact with the WhitePro gel.
• Leave gel in place for 10-12 minutes after laser exposure to
allow optimum whitening reaction.
• Remove any remaining material from teeth
• Repeat the application of the material and the irradiation
procedure one or two times
• Peel off EasyDam material from the gums. Clean thoroughly
using the water spray.
• Check the tooth shade again and take photographs if
required.
• The teeth should then be remineralised with a fluoride
solution or gel. This can also reduce any feeling of discomfort
caused by sensitivity.

7. Post Operative Treatment RegimePost Operative Treatment Regime
• Instruct the Patient not to consume pigmented
foods or carbonated drinks for 72 hours.
• Emphasize the importance of maintaining proper
hygiene, appropriate brushing techniques,
flossing etc...
