We want to ensure that clients
understand and know how to update
and maintain their own content. This is
why training is such an important part
of what we do.
We provide onsite training workshops at our
Essex or London locations for up to eight
people. Each workshop teaches staff the
basic features of their website and how to
update and maintain content. We assign tasks
for staff to carry out and have a pop quiz at
the end of the session. Sessions usually last
around four hours with refreshments provided
and printable training documentation.
Workshops can also be carried
out in a remote environment
with as little or as much
training as required. Working
remotely allows multiple

We understand your brief and spec the project,
providing a deadline and fixed cost based on the

fixed fee, ideal for ongoing website maintenance.
Retainers
For continuous delivery we work through tasks either
on a flat hourly rate, daily rate or monthly retainer.
Providing a discounted rate for either block buying or
monthly commitment.
Working In Sprints
Our team work in weekly and bi-monthly sprints
depending on the length of project or task.
All tasks are allocated and discussed at the
beginning of each week and assigned and
carried out throughout the rest of the week.
Additional tasks, new feature requests, or
alterations can be discussed at any time with
your account or project manager, yet they won’t
be worked on until the following sprint. This
approach ensures we continue a constant flow
for our team with no distraction or disruption.
There are three ways we can work together:
Payments
For single payments, we take payment by banks
transfer (BACS), CHAPS and debit and credit
cards (including Amex).
For milestone payments or recurring payments
we have a Direct Debit facility.
We also accept US Dollars, payment by PayPal
and have a finance partner we can introduce for
larger projects.

Brief/Objective
Our brief was to create a website that
better represented the ambitious, growing
estate agent.
Along with the expected features, Fresh
wanted a custom approach to their design
and an API integration with Encore Live and
direct feed to RightMove, minimising internal
staff resources with publishing properties to
multiple branch locations.
Solution
Working heavily with the Fresh team
on content, we mapped out a very
comprehensive website that included
valuation requests, cost to move
calculators, multiple FAQ, and other helpful
resource documentation for landlords,
tenants and all those looking to move.
As well as multiple integrations, we also
introduced an interactive timeline feature, a
news section, and a dedicated section so
users could save properties to a shortlist
and return later.

11. Brief/Objective
Grouts have been established for over
70 years and have 12 stores throughout
Essex. The stores mostly sell cakes, bread,
and filled sandwiches. However, they also
provide celebration cakes and buffets, which
they were looking to start selling online, and
to a wider audience.
Our objective was to launch an ecommerce
store that provided an overview of their
instore items and physical locations, whilst
creating a platform on which to showcase
buffets and celebration cakes that can be
personalised and ordered online.

Solution
Powered by WordPress and the
WooCommerce plugin, we developed the
website from an initial wireframes to a full
live website.
Introducing many features that enhanced
Grouts’ rich history, the site added further
credibility and added a new way for
customers to connect with the local brand.
Providing the ability for users to personalise
cakes online, uploading photos and
personal messages, as well as completely
building their own buffet through the
platters page.
The website has now become the 13th
store, but with far lower overheads than the

Brief/Objective
Athona required a website that could keep
up with their continually evolving business.
Although the previous website was
responsive, the navigation structure was
unable to handle the amount of new pages
being added and the team sometimes
created duplicate pages as the website’s
front and backend structure became a
minefield to navigate, even for staff.
Solution
We delivered a WordPress powered
responsive website, helping to redefine
the navigation and website architecture,
improving user journeys and laying
foundations so that the website and
navigation could easily scale.
The website was integrated into Broadbean
pulling multiple job feeds for each of their
specialist divisions, reducing staff time when
pushing their new positions to all the job
boards, only needing to add the role once,

Martin focuses on the ‘how’ of both technical and
functionality, Martin oversees the development
team, ensuring that code is compliant and to the
latest standards and the process is being followed
meticulously (he’s big on process).
Martin is present throughout the length of any project
and liaises closely with Crystal and the rest of the
team to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
He consults on anything technical and is usually
present within training workshops in the final
deployment phase.
Martin is naturally a thinker and loves a process and
a plan. He even once created a process chart to
help staff create process charts. Enough said.
