In the top right hand corner, I can see a man beside the pond, feeding the fish. He could be the park official in charge of feeding the fish or a regular visitor to the park. He looks unhappy. The boy kneeling down beside him is trying to catch a fish with a net. He should not be doing that because the fish belongs to the park. He should not catch the fish in the park.
