The Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) is conducted by IIT’s and IIS to select candidates for its two

5. Exam Pattern
Test papers of all the subjects contains only objective type questions with three
different patterns of questions explained below.
Questions having four answers but only one choice is the correct answer
Questions with one or more than one correct answers out of the four given choices
Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions where the correct answer is a signed real
number. A candidate must enter it using the virtual keypad on the monitor. In such
questions, no choices will be shown.

Start of ONLINE Registration and Application on Website - 2nd September 2015
Last Date for Online Application Submission – 14th October 2015
Admit Card Download – 31st December 2015 Till Exam Date
JAM 2016 Examination Date – 7th February 2016
Result Announcement – 23rd March 2016

JOAPS(JAM online Application Processing System).
