FABRICATION OF SOLAR POWER OPERATED
AUTOMATIC WIPER MECHANISM
SYNOPSIS
We have done the project under title of “AUTOMATIC RAIN WATER
WIPER MECHANISM THROUGH SOLAR POWER”. The main theme of our
project is used to wiping the water during rainy season from the vehicle
electrical circuit. The power supply is obtained by renewable energy source
i.e. solar energy.
Mechanical engineering without production and
manufacturing
is
meaningless
and
inseparable.
Production
and
manufacturing process deals with conversation of raw materials inputs to
finished products as per required dimensions specifications and efficiently
using recent technology. This type attachment is can be used all type mini
trucks, mini diesel auto.
The main advantage of our project is to some diesel engine is operated
without battery some time .During that period it will be used for operate the
system. This can be implemented for another also by changing or modifying

2. with certain technologies. Solar cells produce direct current (DC), which
can be used directly, stored in a battery and this output DC voltage is applied
to motor. Thus the Wiper mechanism is operated.

3. Applications:
o It can be used in mini diesel auto light duty vehicles.
Advantages:
o Power supply is obtained frequently because of solar panel.
o Free cost of energy
o Pollution free
Disadvantages:
o Solar panel is not effective in moisture conditions.
o D.C Battery maintenance is complicated work.
