“Talent attraction” is on the lips of government leaders globally. As government leaders pour money into finding skilled workers and convincing them to uproot their lives to take on a new job in a new place, convention bureaus are finding themselves as the crossroads of influence. This session will profile benefits of CVBs partnering with economic development organizations (EDO) to woo prospective talent. Case studies will feature practical examples from U.S. destinations and outline four next steps for attendees.
