15. Cooperation at country level yields better with the creation of strengthening of inter-institutional networks. (need oriented, competition, sustainability…) The capabilities librarians have developed through coherent/common methodologies made our work easy to integrate national and international services. Any supra or meta initiative must have the ability to harvest under a minimum structure according to their own formats. New trends such as knowledge management are providing fresh air and new spaces to reset or upgrade existing information services.
