Why would the idea work?
Demand Estimates According to the CII-BCG Report, the demand for Graduates per year in the Corporate Sector is approximately 1.85 million in Manufacturing and Service Sector alone. The TMI e2E Academy targets this market. At the peak placement level of  88,755  in the year 2020, TMI e2E Academy, will achieve a market share of 5% The MaFoi Employment Trends Survey, 2010 estimates the demand for Graduates @ 9,17,000. This will grow over the next 10 years to atleast 1.4 million assuming a 5% year on year growth. The MI e2E Academy in 2020 will have to achieve a market share of 6%.

The TMI e2E Academy targets this market. At the peak placement level of 88,755 in the year 2020, TMI e2E Academy, will achieve a market share of 5% The MaFoi Employment Trends Survey, 2010 estimates the demand for Graduates @ 9,17,000. This will grow over the next 10 years to atleast 1.4 million assuming a 5% year on year growth. The MI e2E Academy in 2020 will have to achieve a market share of 6%.
