WHAT  IS  UNIQUE  ABOUT  HR-­‐CLASS   •  Oden,  processes  are  designed  in  excellent  ways,  but  live   only  on  paper  and  in  informa8on  flows.   •  Bureaucracy  oden  creeps  in  and  brings  inflexibility  to   processes.   •  The  model  recognizes  that  process  excellence  works  if   there  is  leadership  and  cultural  excellence  to  support  it.   •  Qualita8ve  and  quan8ta8ve  evidence  is  factored  in  the   assessment  process.
