CORPORATE PROPOSAL

VISION
1. Our Vision is to roll out Health & Wellness centres in South Africa, then Africa and then International.
2. Educate health care students, health shops, pharmacies, doctors, sport trainers, Cancer specialists, cardiologists, maternity, diabetes,
schools, hospitals; corporate business like Dr. Anton Neethling did for the last 5 years in Dischem and Pic & Pay as well as doctors and
sport centre's. Trainings such as the true cause of disease, where to from here, the lost chapter in medical science, water frequency, Bio
Electro Magnetism.
3. To roll out a new concept like cell phones where the customer become his/her own responsible doctor, finding the true cause of disease
as where his/her house doctor diagnose symptoms.
4. To Form a corporate umbrella with doctors. Already like dr W. Serfontein, dr S.J. Gunn, Prof F. Fouche and many more to be able to
help our nation be healthy.
5. Starting with our children, the need for stopping the alarming incline in cancer 6 out of 10 people with cancer and suggested 1 out of 2
people that will have cancer at 2017. Diabetes 360 million died last year. HIV 14m died last year

WHO IS EBA HEALTH AND WELLNESS?
Anton Neethling Snr Started out as a panel beater in the Strand but
always wondered why people get sick as he was raised in a Christian
household who believed God can cure any disease. He looked at his
father who was a pastor in the church but was a very sick man and had
undergone more than 58 operations in his life. He started searching for
answers from the psychology of disease to the physical biological
human body and found that it is merely an imbalance.
In this time he started more than 5 successful businesses of which
Imsyser Health Products was one of them. He started studying the work
of dr C Reams, dr Tesla, E Rivicci, Bruce H Lipton and many more and
combined all of their work in one simple method called Electro
Bio-magnetic analysis.
Anton Snr is truly a very blessed man and still he refers to himself as a
panel beater
Anton jnr. A young man who grew up under his father who was a pastor. As a small boy
he already showed leadership skills.
He is a man with integrity, well groomed and has a love for people.
He studied at Varsity college and Durbanville college in his final year BCom Marketing
Management.
A boy his dad is very proud of to have as a partner. He worked with his dad and helped
to build Imsyser marketing in companies like Dischem where Anton snr was known for
his training.

WOW! don't know what to say really.... can't believe that the
newspapers/reporters are trying to discredit such an amazing man (Anton
Neethling) when all that Anton did was give Shaun such amazing hope and in the
short time that he was there, Anton was able to assist in healing Shaunie of the
cancer. Shaun was able to feel sensation in his tongue, feel better overall....
something that he never that he never thought would be possible. I am SOOOO
grateful to have sent Shaunie to such an amazing man, I man that actually took
the time to know Shaun and to care enough to fix him as quickly as possible,
which he did. Unfortunately it WAS the flu that took him down....that is that! We
chatted over Skype the night that Shaunie passed away and he was positive and

With regards to the recent reports & articles, we would like to place the following on
record: Shaun Gunther did not "pass away because he was being treated by Anton
Neethling". Many newspapers are reporting false truths about Anton and what
‘’Gunther’s se Ouers’’ said. Let it be known that Shaun’s body & mind was in a
terrible state before Anton was brave enough to assist in healing him. Thanks to
Anton Shaun’s health had improved, cancer count has lowered, his organ’s started
working again, his speech was better and he was hardly in any pain...however the
most significant change was Shaun’s optimism, regained faith, motivated and
inspired to fight his battle. The medical firtinity have done NONE of this. They
wiped his hands clean and wanted very little to do with Shaun. Anton is opening
doors to witness miricles , walk through to see for yourself, they are happening right

EBA is the only scientific theory based concept, knowing HEALTH, and a measurement tool to KNOW what works and what not
If one does not know what health is how can you know what disease is.

Our vision in the agricultural world is to link the farmer, the real doctor and the
man that is connected to soil and nature with EBA health and wellness as well as
our non – profit organization and also the corporate world, medical fertilities, the
government, schools and in overall the wellness industry.
The following have been achieved by the EBA Farming techniques:
• 20 tons per acre of alfalfa at 28% moisture with over 20% sugar content
at harvest.
• 200 bushels of corn per acre as a starting point.
• 100 bushels per acre of soybean.
• 2-3 bales cotton per acre.
• 90 bushels per acre of wheat.
• 2 tons of peanuts per acre.
• 18 ton per acre of watermelons at 12% sugar.
• 1000 boxes of oranges per acre at 20% sugar.
• 1800 liters of strawberries per acre at 10-20% sugar
• 20 tons per acre cabbages.
Not only has EBA’s technique obtained this type of yield, but the quality is fantas-
tically improved. This means the mineral nutrition of the produce is far superior
to anything currently accepted as standard.
High quality crops has a resistance to disease, will not be bothered by insects as
much, and will not decompose as easily. This means they will store longer and
have much higher protein, mineral, vitamins, enzymes, and oil and carbohydrate
levels. The commercial and economic benefits are almost beyond comprehension.
Soil mineral ratios are coordinated with the electro magnetic frequency of a crop
for optimal production. The function of each element is considered so as to pro-
duce the type of plant tissue growth desired e.g. root, leaf or fruit. Much higher
levels of particular plant nutrients are used, along with some uncommon fertilizer
materials and methods. The soil is regularly tested and monitored for available

Our Founder’s believe in God are the heart of the information that follows;
His Biologic ionization principles as applied to agriculture as well as human health have the potential to revolutionize the agricultural world.
I have been presently involved in the practicing and teaching of these principles and methods as they apply to soil, plant and human nutrition.
It is our dream that this information will spark those farmers curiosity, who are searching for ways to better there profession as well as themselves.
A quote from the late health and science, Dr Charles Northern a physician who specialized in human nutritional and digestive disorders as a gastro-anthropologist and then
soil doctor in agriculture and the late William A Albrechts PHD of department of soils, university of Missouri.
We know that vitamins are indispensable to nutrition but it is not commonly realized that vitamins in the absence of minerals they have no function. Lacking vitamins, the
system can make some use of minerals, but lacking minerals, vitamins are useless. We have then systematically robbed the soil of very substances necessary to growth and
resistance to disease.
It is simpler to cure sick soil than to cure sick people.
Our reluctance to credit the soil with some relation to the nutritive quality of our feeds and food is well illustrated by our acidity in soil due to a lack of nutrition as our soil
is depleted in their synthesis of proteins and other food essentials.
To say that we do not believe there is a relation between the nutritive values of feeds and foods and the fertility of the soil is a confession of ignorance.
Our soils fertility patterns determine the high value nutrition to our animal kingdom. If plants cannot guarantee their own reproduction via seed, then the result is crop
failure to reproduce under such poor nutritional support.
We apparently economize on the bulls energy by resorting to repeated artificial insemination, then we modify our plants by gene modification, then we eat low brix plants,
then we modify or try to modify the human race with chemical drugs.
Depleted soil depleted modified plants, depleted sick humans stuffed full of chemicals and we sit with a incline of 771% in disease. Children getting cancer, diabetes, cho-
lesterol and on top refined food, junk food, sweeteners, aspartame, caffeine, msg and lots more chemicals.

A green development just 2 hours drive from Cape Town. A Security wall around the village will be made from surrounding building materials The streets made from clay stones to be
natural. All houses will be build with organic natural building material with a natural charge. Roofs will be from clay or a neutral material for energy purposes. All windows will have
a blue tint uv neutral. All bulbs will be natural laboratory lights. All architecture will be involving a round like geometry to create energy instead of destruct energy. All water will go
through a water deionizer to strip all memory then charged with a implotion tool. All houses will be fitted with a distiller and all toilets, baths, basins and showers will have neutral
chlorine free water. All stoves will be macro energy to again create energy. All geysers will be macro ,reusable energy but also linked to a macro generator. All lands prepared for food
source will be prepared according to EBA Standards regarding the 12 steps of creating supper plants with a specific brix requirement standard.
All gardens will be with SA local plants from nature and lots of herbs such as lavender, sceletium, chamomile etc. Broccoli, asparagus and coriander gardens a standard supply to

the whole concept will be explained to the possible buyers of a Health and Wellness Centre. This event will be advertised on Radio with advertisements and doing talks on
