1. My Wonderful Friend Essay
Have you ever had that one special friend that you knew would be there for you through thick and
thin? That special friend, who can read your thoughts, finish your sentences, and make you smile
when you are feeling blue. A friend is someone who is honest and you can trust. A friend is someone
who you hang out with, and someone you rely on. Friendship is being there for someone when they
need you. That person for me is my best friend Katrina. She is the kindest, sweetest person I have
ever known. She will do anything for anyone. I met Katrina when I was in the 5th grade and she
was in the 6th grade. Making friends has never been easy for me but we seemed to hit it right off
from the beginning.. We spent a lot of time together as...show more content...
I told her my deepest darkest secrets. She was there for me when my first love broke my heart. She
was there for me when my parents got divorced. She has lent me a helping hand and a shoulder to
cry on more times than I would like to admit. I believe that every needs to have a friend. Friends
are there to comfort, to laugh with, and to create wonderful memories. Friendship is sacred and
needs to be cherished with love, patience and understanding. Katrina is more than just a friend she
is just like a sister. She is my best friend. I cannot imagine my life without her in it. My life would
not be complete without her in it. She is the one I call when life seems so unfair. We can talk on
the phone for hours about absolutely nothing. She is the kind of friend that everyone needs to
have in their life. She can make you smile and laugh when you feel like all is lost. Her smile and
joyful personality can bring a smile to anyone's face. She can truly light up a room with her
wonderful personality and charm. I am truly lucky to have her in my life. She is a wonderful
mother, wife and friend. I admire her patience and understanding. Katrina is kind and
compassionate with everyone. Honestly I don't know how she does it. I wish I had half the
patience she has. Life has taken Katrina and me in very separate directions. She lives several hours
away and we rarely get to see each other but we still talk on the phone every day. Although we live

2. Friendship : My Best Friend
Throughout our lifetime we face opportunities to interact with one another, often creating
relationships unbounded by definitions but in unconditional terms of reason. We hold onto these
individuals in hopes for an internal bond fostering a lifelong friendship. I am talking about your
best friend. We have all had one at some point in our lives, many times fluctuating between people
but still maintaining a set system of how to determine the deserving title. My ethical dilemma is
the special bond I had the opportunity to continue between my good friend and myself. In the
fourth grade I was a bully. I did not like her. I cannot recall what had exactly lead to this quick
judgement, but I vaguely remember the first day of fourth grade. This new kid was walking
around with her parents with her wide eyes and eagerly big smile and she had a weird name,
Earth. As I was catching up with friends about their summer, a close friend almost had to relocate
to another school because Earth had moved into her townhouse. I did not even know her, but I
somehow despised her. On a field trip I had asked her give me 10 dollars to be my friend, Earth
being the sincere and loving character she was, without hesitation had given me her money. After
that trip to the Spanish Mission San Jose, I realized that I shared so many commonalities with her;
our likes, dislikes, hobbies, and our strict Asian parents crated our bond to becoming best friends. I
couldn't help but reflect how horribly I

3. My Best Friend
A best friend is someone sent just for you, like a soul mate. A best friend is "a person's closest
friend." A mother is there to raise you, up in the path of right. She is there to guide you, down the
path to success. Mothering is "bringing up a child with care and affection." I was fortunate enough
to have gotten a two in one. My mom is my best friend.
My mom supports me. She has not left my side, since before I could remember. She attended my
fifth grade, eighth grade, and twelfth grade graduation. She was there for moral support. She has the
pictures to prove it. My mother was there for my eighth grade and twelfth grade prom. People are
against me and my love for the color black, including my mom. She put her smart remarks, and
strong opinions to the side, and supported my decision to wear all black to my last prom. My
momma supported me in attending college. This woman did not stop at signing her name. She
made sure I got through 'KHEAA Verification'; I wanted to give up. She applied and received the '
Parent Plus Loan'. She took off from work, Thursday and Friday, to join me for orientation. While
at orientation, she wrote me a letter, to make me feel better when I am missing home. Just when I
cannot bare it anymore, she drives one hour and thirty minutes to pick me up. My mom makes sure
I have everything, that I need to have a successful semester at the University of West Alabama. She
is my best friend because she has and still supports me. She has not missed even the

4. My Best Friend Essay
The last time I saw my best friend was definitely a time I would never forget. It was the best yet
worst day of my life. Yet It taught me that letting go isn't always the best thing, but can change
you as a person. Summer vacation had just started. When school ended, I went away for a week
for my first travel. Nina however, was staying in Moscow, attending a tennis camp for a week.
During that week that we didn't constantly talk to each other, which was just a small glimpse of
what the future had in store for us. Coming back to Moscow from that incredibly long week. I
was very eager to see her once again. Unfortunately, I had to wait a while, because tennis camp
only ended a few days after I came back. The feeling of being in the same place as your best friend
but not being able to see her was torture. Every day that came closer to when I would see her was
exciting, yet terrifying at the same time. I knew that this would be a day that I would definitely not
foget. I remember seeing her, how my heart lifted, hearing her voice again, I was the happiest
person. We planned the whole day. Our first destination was Nebo, a trampoline park. On the way
there, with Moscow's unusual weather, it was pouring. By pouring I mean the cars were
swimming. When we got out of the car we were running around the streets. Drenched in water, as we
entered the park. Walking into the building, seeing the receptionists reaction was hilarious. Mocking
their faces of disgust. The whole time the two of

The Day I Lost My Best Friend My best friend knew everything about me, he watched me grow
up, he helped shape me into the person I am today. His help guided me through life, even with
him being seven years older than me, and living with a disability. My best friend was my brother,
Shawn, and before I knew it, he was gone. Living with my brother, who was diagnosed with
Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, was a blessing and a curse. I know that if Shawn was a
"normal" boy, I would have never had a best friend in him. Growing up, I knew that my brother
was dying in front of me, and I knew he wasn't what others would consider normal. With him
being in a wheelchair, he would tell me to do things he couldn't, like throwing a bouncy ball
harder and then breaking a window. When I was either years old was the first time I realized my
brother wasn't going to be around forever. Shawn had developed a mild form of scoliosis because
he was always sitting, so they had to put a light, medical bar next to his spine to keep his back
straight. This was when my parents told me that there was a possibility that my brother wouldn't
wake up from surgery, and they knew I was terrified. I wasn't home while my brother had surgery
and was recovering, for my own good, but I still knew what could happen. As the years progressed,
and Shawn became worse, I learned a lot about life. He showed me how to overcome the obstacles
of life, even if you weren't like everyone else. He outlived a lot of his peers

6. Classification Essay: Anil And Rose
A best friend can mean different types of things to an individual. To me, they are your closest and
most special friend you know. You do practically everything with them. Some think you can only
have one best friend and some think you can have more than one like me; I have two, Anil and
Rose. I've known Anil since the sixth grade, but he didn't become my best friend until the ninth
grade. We ironically disliked each other in middle school because his group thought I was annoying
vice versa, so we never got to talk much then. In highschool, I didn't know that many people, but
Anil and I had art together and so we bonded there. After that, we became best friends. I've known
Rose since the ninth grade. We met through Anil's friend Jordan and we all sat in a group together.
We talked a little bit in the ninth grade, but didn't know much about each other. A couple of months
in we started to bond over the fact we were both in the same school band. Our friendship really
started to grow after some of her closest friends betrayed her and left. We were in the same band for
all four years of high school and all the trips we did brought us closer and closer eventually
becoming best friends. Being best friends with the opposite sex is different from being friends with
the same sex like doing activities, having an emotional connection, and even their personality.
Being friends with both Anil and Rose can have some benefits and drawbacks when doing hanging
out. Anil and I were always

My Best Friend
Have you ever had someone in your life who helped you figure out who you were? Someone who
showed you the right path. Someone who was there right next you even if you did not take that
path. Someone who always seemed to be right, but never held it against you when you were not.
Someone whom without your life would most likely be entirely different. I have. Her name was
Jessica. Jessica was more than my neighbor. She was more than my mentor. She was my best friend.
Jessica lived three houses down from me when I moved into a new neighborhood. She made moving
to a new neighborhood a lot easier. She was one of those people who was friends with everybody.
She was friends with everyone because she was so special....show more content...
She would listen to you. She would be your friend, even if she just met you. I can not remember a
time when she had something unpleasant to say about someone. That was one of many valuable
lessons I learned from her and have made apart of my life.
She seemed to know everything. Anytime I had a perplexing question I knew she would know
what to tell me. Her wisdom spanned several subjects. Everything from the textbook things they
wanted me to learn in school, to the life lessons that there are no textbooks for. She taught me by
example. She showed me that it was just a waste of my time and energy getting mad, upset, angry
or so irate that I allowed myself to be controlled by my emotions. She was always calm, patient, and
even tempered when faced with people who were less than pleasant to be around. I learned from
watching her deal with people that being nice never fails. And I learned from watching her deal
with the situations life would present that as long as you gave everything you had to give and never
quit, you could never be beat.
Jessica was a truly amazing friend. She was a true friend. I could always depend on her being
there for me with the right words of advice. Even if I did not want to hear what she was saying.
She had been exactly where I was and she knew how perilous the journey of adolescence could be.
She informed and guided me in my choices. Yet she never forced anything on me. My

8. My Best Friend
Listen I love watching TV. When i was young i watched shows that told me that everyone had to
have a "best friend". So, of course, when i started going to school i wanted a "best friend". But
from my experience having a "best friend" isn't as exciting as it sounds. When I first got into
elementary school I had two best friends I thought were going to be my friends forever, Mona
and Piper. It was great because, not only did we see each other daily, we also lived about three
houses down from one another. Even though all three of us were close, Mona and I considered
ourselves to be "best friends". At that time I watched a lot of the Disney Channel and
Nickelodeon, and on there everyone had a "best friend". Miley had Lily, Alex had Harper, Carly
had Sam, even Spongebob had Patrick. So if I knew anything at that time, I knew that I wanted a
best friend. Mona would come to my house and I would go to hers just like on TV. She was even
able to stay over a couple of times. Next year came, and I was in GT (Gifted and Talented). For
about an hour or two the GT teacher, Ms. Page, would take us out of our class and into her class.
There I started to become friends with Spencer. (I met Spencer in kindergarten but I never
bothered to try to make friends because I was shy.) Spencer and I were close but not as close as me
and Mona. Another year went by and I was in third grade. When I was in first and second grade I
had most of the same classmate, but when I got to third grade only two
