Effectiveness in Supervision (Two days) Introduction: There is no disagreement to the fact that the first-line supervisor is a significant member of the management team and a very critical link in the hierarchy of an organization.   • 3. Effective Communication & Presentation skills (Two days) Introduction: You do not get a second chance to form a first impression. Communication is an art and it can be learned Effective Communication and Powerful Presentation does carry weight and in fact can take you to unprecedented heights. Unfortunately but also true, more often than not, you are left behind quite simply because you are found wanting when it comes to putting your viewpoint across. Face-to-face communication and effective presentation enables you to give direction to a situation and put forward your message realistically. This two days interactive programmed will aim to draw participants out of their shyness and enable them to deal with different communication situations by intense participation. Middle/Senior Level Executives, Managers, Senior Engineers, Front line Officers, Supervisors, Secretarial Staff, etc.
  • 4. “UNLOCK YOUR UNLIMITED POTENTIAL” (Two days) Introduction: 'Selling is finding needs and filling them'. Now, the customer decides and we listen. Gone are the days when customers lap up everything presented to them. They have become very choosy. The message is clear. Tune up to their needs or turn off! This programmed will convert sales people into finely honored salesmen with that killer instinct so required in this new market place. It has the potential for converting ordinary salesmen into Winners that they were born to be. In today's highly competitive market, you have to sell better than ever before. Not only do you face stiffer and more knowledgeable competition, but like most professional sales people you also have less and less time to spend with customers. Objectives: Deliberates on the fast paced changes that are happening in the business world and the discussions will bring out the qualities required in a salesperson of today. The sessions are aimed at equipping the participants with a workable sales approach that can bring success every time.
