3. Lesson # 1
Problem
Why are there so many problems in whatever I do ?
Solution – Problems are like brick walls. They
will always be there, to check how badly you
want something. They are like doors which
can be opened by the only person who dares
to fight back and not accept defeat. They
testify whether you are the chosen one or not.
Now its up to you to take this as an
opportunity or not.

4. Lesson # 2
Problem
Who is a true Leader ?
Solution – A true Leader is the one who helps
others realize their dreams. More than
achieving one’s dream what will give you more
pleasure and meaning to your life is enable
others achieving their dreams. A leader makes
you realize your true potential. That’s what
leaders are made of.

5. Lesson # 3
Problem
Why do people criticize me so much ?
Solution – Getting criticized is the best thing
that can happen to you. It means there is
someone who wants you to improve. If nobody
criticizes you, it means people have simply
given up and that’s the worst thing that can
happen to you.

6. Lesson # 4
Problem
Many a times things go wrong.
Solution – Remember this, Experience is what
you get when you don’t get what you want.
We feel people who are experienced are
better players than we are. What we don’t
realize is that this success is nothing but a
sum of failures combined with lessons learnt
from the same.

7. Lesson # 5
Problem
What is the role of a leader ?
Solution – A leader is an empowerer. He
empowers others to achieve their goals. As a
leader it is your duty to guide and empower
the team. And then just sit back, have
patience and faith in your team. The team will
then amaze you with the outcomes that they
can achieve.

8. Lesson # 6
Problem
What’s after you have completed your leadership role?
Solution – A true leader is the one who builds
the foundation of a legacy. As a leader it is
your moral duty to have a succession in place
and after you have completed your good work
pass the duties into better hands who will
raise the standards to achieve a new and
higher level than yours.

9. Lesson # 7
Problem
When juniors commit silly mistakes ?
Solution – As leaders at times we have to over
look certain things. As Randy says that
parents should allow their kids to paint their
bedrooms. Let your juniors do a bit of silly
mistakes, this helps them learn more easily
and avoid the same in long run. It is this
experience of learning from their mistakes that
will make them a better leader tomorrow.
