This document outlines the DIRMAS program for training specialists in infertility. The program aims to qualify professionals with up-to-date knowledge and skills through modules covering basic infertility, IVF, evidence-based practice, and endoscopy. Trainees complete interactive lectures, case discussions, workshops, and a 3-month clinical attachment. Assessment includes a logbook, module exams, and a final exam. The goal is to produce specialists with the skills and knowledge to definitively treat infertility problems according to international standards.
