What it will do
1. Green car LED is on, the red walk LED is on.
2. Once the pedestrian button is pressed, after 5 seconds, the car LED changes to
yellow.
3. The car LED changes to red and the pedestrian LED changes to green.
4. Pedestrian LED flashes on and off red.
5. Pedestrian LED changes back to solid red.
6. Loops infinitely.
