I started in the Kentwood facility as a CI consultant and did a Quick Changeover Project on one of the 16 station
Hydromat machines. I then moved to the Marshall facility and worked on reducing costs in the shipping and logistics
departments.

I started as the Team Leader for the Toyota line. I then moved into the Continuous Improvement Engineer for one of three
business units. I worked closely with our Toyota contact to implement TPS on their product line. I also performed all
traditional Industrial Engineering duties for the business unit.
