ﺍﻟﻐﲑ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳊﺞ:ﻋـﻦ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﳛﺞ ﺃﻥ ﳚﻮﺯ
ﻣﻴﺘ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺳﻮﺍﺀ ﻏﲑﻩﲟﺮﺽ ﹰﺎﻣﺮﻳﻀ ﺃﻭ ﹰﺍﻋﺎﺟﺰ ﺃﻭ ﹰﺎ
ﺷﻔﺎﺋﻪ ﻳﺮﺟﻰ ﻻ-ﺃﻧﻪ ﻏﲑﺑﺪ ﻻ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺾ ﺷﻔﻰ ﺇﺫﺍ
ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻣﻦ ﻟﻪ.
ﻋﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﲢﺞ ﺃﻥ ﻭﳚﻮﺯ
ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ،ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪrﺍ ﻟﻠﻤﺮﺍﺓﻟﱴﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺃﺗﺖﺖﻓﻘﺎﻟ:
}ﹾﻥﹶﺃ ﹶﻞـﺒﹶﻗ ﺖﺗﻓﻤﺎ ﺞﺤﺗ ﹾﻥﹶﺃ ﺕﺭﹶﺬﻧ ﻲﻣﹸﺃ ﱠﻥﺇ
ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺞﺣﹶﺄﹶﻓﹶﺃ ،ﺞﺤﺗ؟ﹶﻝﻗﺎ ،:،ـﺎﻬﻨﻋ ﻲﺠﺤﻓ ﻢﻌﻧ
ﻣﹸﺃ ﹶﻰﻠﻋ ﹶﻥﻛﺎ ﻟﻮ ﺖﻳﹶﺃﺭﹶﺃﻪﺘﻴـﺿﹶﺎﻗ ﺖﻨﹸﻛﹶﺃ ﻦﻳﺩ ﻚ،
ﺖﻗﺎﻟ:ﹶﻝﻗﺎ ،ﻢﻌﻧ:ﺍﷲ ﻮﺍﻀﹾﻗﻖﺃﺣـ ﺍﷲ ﱠﻥﹶـﺈﻓ ،
ِﺀﺑﺎﻟﻮﻓﺎ{٣
ﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﻭﺃﻳﻀﺎﻟﻠﹲﺓﹶﺃﺮﻤﺃﺗﺖ ﺍﻟﱴﺖﹶﻟﹶﺎﻘﹶﻓ ﻪﻴﺘﹾﻔﺘﺴﺗ:
}ﹶﻰﻠﻋ ﺞﺤﹾﻟﺍ ﻲﻓ ﻪﱠﻠﺍﻟ ﹶﺔﻀﹺﻳﺮﹶﻓ ﱠﻥﺇ ﻪﱠﻠﺍﻟ ﹶﻝﻮﺳﺭ ﺎﻳ

٣ﹴﺱﻋﺒﺎ ﹺﻦﺍﺑ ﻋﻦﻭ ﺍﻟﻜﱪﻯ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻬﻘﻰ ﺳﻨﻦﺩﺪﺴﻣ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﺭﻭﺍﻩ.
- 11. ﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯDD١١١١EEَﻓَﻓﻮﻮﻣ ﺯﻯﻣ ﺯﻯﺤﺤﻤﻤﺑﺃ ﺪﺑﺃ ﺪَﺯﻮَﺯﻮﻳﺪﻳﺪ

ﹾﻥﹶﺃ ﻊﻴﻄﺘﺴـﻳ ﹶﻻ ﹺﲑﺍﺒﹶﻛ ﺨﺎﻴﺷ ﹺﻲﺑﹶﺃ ﺖﹶﻛﺭﺩﹶﺃ ﻩﺩﺎﺒﻋ
ﹶﻝﹶـﺎﻗ ؟ﻪﻨﻋ ﺞﺣﹶﺄﹶﻓﹶﺃ ﺔﹶﻠﺣﺍﺮﺍﻟ ﹶﻰﻠﻋ ﺖﺒﹾﺜﻳ:ﻧﻢـﻌ،
ﻭﻟٰﺫﹺﻉﺍﺩﻮﹾﻟﺍ ﺔﺠﺣ ﻲﻓ ﻚ{٤

ﻭﻟﻜﻦﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁﻏﲑﻩ ﻋﻦ ﳛﺞ ﳌﻦ:
-ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻥﹰﻻﺃﻭ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺣﺞﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪr
ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻟﻠﺮﺟﻞ:ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺷﱪﻣﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻟﺒﻴﻚ
r:}ﻗﺎﻝ ،ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻓﺤﺠﺠﺖ:ﻗـﺎﻝ ،ﻻ
r:ﹶﺔﻣﺮﺒﺷ ﻦﻋ ﺞﺣ ﻢﹸﺛ ﻚِﺴﹾﻔﻧ ﻦﻋ ﺞﺣ{٥
-ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﹰﺎﻭﺃﻳﻀﺍﳊﺞ ﰲ ﻳﻨﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ
ﻋﻨﻪ ﺍﶈﺠﻮﺝ ﻣﺎﻝ ﻣﻦﺑﻪ ﺃﻭﺻﻰ ﺃﻭ ﹰﺎﺣﻴ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺇﻥ
ﺃﻭﻻﺩﻩ ﺃﺣـﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﱪﻉ ﺃﻭ ﹰﺎﻣﻴﺘ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺇﻥ ﻣﻮﺗﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ
ﺃﻗﺎﺭﺑﻪ ﺃﻭﺣﻼﻝ ﻣﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ﻭﻳﻜﻮﻥ.

١.ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻟﻴﺤﺞ ﻳﺴﺘﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺑﻌﺾﻟـﻴﺲ
ﻣﻦﻓ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉﻞﺌﺳ ﻘﺪe:}ِﻦﻋﻢﹶـﻟ ﹺﻞـﺟّﺮﺍﻟ
ْﺞﺤﻳ!ﻗ ّ؟ﹺﺞﺤﹾﻠﻟ ﺽﹺﺮﹾﻘﺘﺴﻳﺃﺎﻝe:ﹶﻻ{٦

٢.ﺍﳊﺮﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﳌﺎﻝ ﺗﻠﻄﺨﻮﺍ ﳑﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺑﻌﺾ
ﺍﳊﺞ ﻳﻨﻮﻯﻣﻨﻪﻣﻌﺘﻘﺪﹰﺍﺭﻓﻊﺍﻟﻮﺯﺭﻢﻭﻫـ ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ،
ﺍﷲ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﻟﻘﻮﻝr:}ﹴﻝـﺎﻤﹺﺑ ﹸﻞﺟﺮﺍﻟ ﺞﺣ ﹶﺍﺫﹺﺇ
ﹶﻝﹶﺎﻘﹶﻓ ﻪﻠﺣ ﹺﺮﻴﹶﻏ ﻦﻣ:ﻪﱠﻠﺍﻟ ﹶﻝﹶﺎﻗ ،ﻚﻴﺒﹶﻟ ﻢﻬﱠﻠﺍﻟ ﻚﻴﺒﹶﻟ:
ﺮﻣ ﹶﺍﺬٰﻫ ﻚﻳﺪﻌﺳ ﹶﻻﻭ ﻚﻴﺒﹶﻟ ﹶﻻﻚﻴﹶﻠﻋ ﺩﻭﺩ{٧
٣.ﺪﻳﺘﺸﻣـﻦ ﺣﺞ ﻓﻴﺒﻄﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎﺀ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺩ
ﺃﻭ ﺟﺎﻭﺭﻫـﺎ ﻣـﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﺒﺎﺭﻛـﺔ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ
ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺳﻚ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﳌﻬﻦ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏﻳﻘﺼﺪ ﱂ ﺃﻧﻪ ﲝﺠﺔ

٦ﺃﻭﰱ ﺃﰉ ﺑﻦ ﺍﷲ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻓﻌﻰ،ﻋﻦ ﻭﻣﺴﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻬﻘﻰ ﺭﻭﺍﻩt.
٧ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻭﺩﺱ ﻣﺴﻨﺪ ﰱ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻠﻤﻰﺍﻟﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﰱ ﻋﺪﻯ ﻭﺍﺑﻦﻋﻤﺮ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻦy.
- 13. ﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯDD١٣١٣EEَﻓَﻓﻮﻮﻣ ﺯﻯﻣ ﺯﻯﺤﺤﻤﻤﺑﺃ ﺪﺑﺃ ﺪَﺯﻮَﺯﻮﻳﺪﻳﺪ

،ﻟﺬﺍﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺖﻳﻘـﺼﺪ ﻷﻧـﻪ ﺑﺸﻲﺀ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻭﻫﺬﺍ
ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻣﻜﺔ ﰲ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻭﻟﻮ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺖ ﺇﱃ ﺑﺘﻮﺟﻬﻪ
ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔﺍﷲ ﻷﻣﺮ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﺍﻭﺭﺳﻮﻟﻪﻻ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻭﺇﻥ ،
ﻣﻦ ﺟﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﰱ ﻳﺴﺘﻮﻯﺑﻌﻴـﺪﻷﻥ ،
ﺻـﺤﻴﺢ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ،ﺍﳌﺸﻘﺔ ﻗﺪﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ
ﷲ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺃﺧﻠﺺ ﺩﺍﻡ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻳﺜﺎﺏU.
٤.ﺃﺧـﺬﻩ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﳊﺞ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺾ ﻳﻔﱴ
ﻧﻔﻘﺎ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻳﻌﻄﻴﻪ ﻛﺄﻥ ﺍﳍﺒﺔ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻋﻦﺍﳊﺞ ﺕ
،ﺑﺘﺠﻬﻴﺰﻩ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺃﻭﻭ ،ﺑﺎﻃﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺑﺄﻥﻫﺬﺍ
ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻏﲑﻷﻥﺍﷲ ﺭﺳﻮﻝrﻭﺍﻷﻣـﺮ ﺳـﻊ
ﻭﺃﺑﺎﺡ،ﺍﻟﻐﲑ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳊﺞﺍﳊﺎﺝ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻭﻓﻴﻪﻋﻨـﻪ
ﺍﳊﺞ ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒﻭﺑﻞﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺳﻚ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻣﺸﻘﺔ،
ﺍﷲ ﻣﻦ ﹰﻼﻓﻀ ﻟﻪ ﻭﻫﺒﻬﺎ ﳌﻦ ﻛﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﳊﺠﺔ ﻭﺗﻜﺘﺐ
،ﻭﻣﻨﺔﻓﺎﹼﻞﺃﺣ ﻣﻦ ﻫﻮ ﺍﳌﻮﻫﻮﺏ ﳌﺎﻝﰱ ﺍﳊـﻼﻝ
- 14. ﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯDD١٤١٤EEَﻓَﻓﻮﻮﻣ ﺯﻯﻣ ﺯﻯﺤﺤﻤﻤﺑﺃ ﺪﺑﺃ ﺪَﺯﻮَﺯﻮﻳﺪﻳﺪ

ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﻧﻈﺮﺫﻟﻚ ﰱ ﺷﲕﺀ ﻓﻼ.
٥.ﻭ ﺍﳊﺞ ﻋﻦ ﻳﺘﺮﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺑﻌﺾﻳﻠﺘﻤﺲ
ﺍﻟ ﻟﻨﻔﺴﻪﻌﺬﺭ،ﳛ ﻷﻧﻪﺴﺐﺍﳌـﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎﺕ ﻧﻔﻘﺎﺕ
ﺍﻟﻨـﺎﺱ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺩﻮﺗﻌ ﺍﻟﱴ ﻭﺍﳍﺪﺍﻳﺎ،ﺭﺃﻯ ﻭﻫـﺬﺍ
ﺧﺎﻃﺊﻫـﺪﺍﻳﺎ ﺑﺈﺣﻀﺎﺭ ﻣﻜﻠﻒ ﻏﲑ ﺍﳊﺎﺝ ﻷﻥ
ﻳﺪﻋﻮ ﺃﻥ ﳍﻢ ﻳﻬﺪﻳﻬﺎ ﻫﺪﻳﺔ ﻭﺧﲑ ﻭﻟﻠﺮﻓﺎﻕ ﻟﻸﻫﻞ
ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻐﻔﺮﻩ،ﳍﻢﻭﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﱀ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻒ ﻓﻌﻞ ﻭﻫﺬﺍ
ﻳﻘﻮﻝr:}ﺍﻭ ﺝﹾﺤﺎﻠﻟ ﺮﻔﹾﻏﺍ ﻢﻬﱠﻠﻟﺮﹶﻔﻐﺘـﺳﺍ ﹺﻦﻤﻟ
ﻪﹶﻟﺝﺍﳊﺎ{٨
ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ ،:}ﺭّﺎﻤﻌﹾﻟﺍﻭ ﺝّﺎﺠﺤﹾﻟﺍ ّﻮﺍﹸﻘﹶﻠﺗ
ﻮﺍﺴّﻧﺪﺘﻳ ﹾﻥﹶﺃ ﹶﻞﺒﹶﻗ ﻢﹸﻜﹶﻟ ﻮﺍﻋﺪﻴﹾﻠﹶﻓ ﹶﺓﺍﺰﻐﹾﻟﺍﻭ{٩
٦.ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺟـﻮﺩ ﻣﻊ ﺍﳊﺞ ﻋﻦ ﻳﻌﺘﺬﺭ ﺒﻌﺾ
ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻄﺎﻋﺔ؛ﺃﻧﻪ ﲝﺠﺔﻳﺮﻳﺪﺍﳌﺎﻝﻟ،ﺃﻭﻻﺩﻩ ﺘﺰﻭﻳﺞ

٨ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ ﺃﰊ ﻋﻦﺍﻟﻜﱪﻯ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻬﻘﻰ ﺳﻨﻦ.
٩ﻋﻤﺮ ﻋﻦt،ﺷﻴﺒﺔ ﺃﰉ ﺍﺑﻦ ﺭﻭﺍﻩﻭﺍﳌﺮﺍﺳﻴﻞ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﻧﻴﺪ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ.
- 15. ﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﺼَﺘْﺨﻣﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯﺮﻤَﺘﻌُﳌﺍ ﻭ ﺝَﺎﳊﺍ ﺩَﺍﺯDD١٥١٥EEَﻓَﻓﻮﻮﻣ ﺯﻯﻣ ﺯﻯﺤﺤﻤﻤﺑﺃ ﺪﺑﺃ ﺪَﺯﻮَﺯﻮﻳﺪﻳﺪ

ﻛﺎﻥ ﻓﺈﻥﺃﺑﻨﺎﺋﻪﻋﻠﻴـﻪ ﻭﺃﻗﺪﻣﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺍﺝ ﺳﻦ ﰱ
ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻭﳛﺘﺎﺟﻮﻥﻳﺆ ﺃﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻓﺎﻷﻭﱃﺍﳊـﺞ ﺧﺮ
ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﺇﻥ ﺃﻣﺎ ،ﻭﻳﺰﻭﺟﻬﻢ،ﺍﻟـﺴﻦ ﺻﻐﺎﺭﻓﻌﻠﻴـﻪ
ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺠﻴﻞﺑﺎﳊﺞﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻦ ﺮﻩﺧﺃ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻭﻳﺄﰒ.
٧.ﳜﻄﺊﺃ ﹰﺎﻇﻨ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﲑﻭﻥﻥﺍﳊﺞ ﻧﻔﻘﺎﺕ
ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﰱ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﻊ ﺎﻳﺘﺤﻤﻠﻮ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺔﺩﺭﻫﻢ ﻛﻞ
ﺍﷲ ﻳﻌﻮﺿﻪ ﻳﻨﻔﻘﻮﻧﻪUﹰﺍﺟﺪ ﻛﺒﲑﺓ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﳍﻢ
ﹰﺍﺟﺪﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻝr:}ﺍﳊ ﰱ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﻘﺔﰱ ﻛﺎﻟﻨﻔﻘﺔ ﺞ
ﺩﺭﻫﻢ ﺃﻟﻒ ﺑﺴﺒﻌﻤﺎﺋﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﻫﻢ ،ﺍﷲ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ{١٠

ﻭﻭﻳﻨﻔﻘﻪ ﻣﺎﻝ ﻛﻞ ﺑﺈﺧﻼﻑ ﺍﷲ ﻋﺪﻫﺬﺍ ﰱ ﺍﳌﺆﻣﻦ
ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﰱ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻖ:

ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻣﲔ،ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ ﻏﺴﻞ ﺑﻘﻠﺒﻪ ﻭﻳﻨﻮﻯﰒ ،ﻳﻔﻴﺾ
ﹰﻻﺃﻭ ﺭﺃﺳﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺎﺀ،ﻓﺍﻷﳝﻦ ﺠﺎﻧﺒﻪﰒ ،ﺍﻷﻳـﺴﺮ
