(NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY DAMAN) 25/10/2015 to Till date
ROLES AND RESPOSIBILTIES :
• Enrolment of new business with daman by creating a new Customer and new policy group
• Endorsement of existing policy at member level like customizing as per client requirement
Includes member addition , cancelation and correction.
• Validating the LOA(Letter of Acceptance ) contract between daman and its clients and updating
the track number in the system.
• Providing of SOB (schedule of benefits ) to the client updating with network list both local and
international.
• Printing of cards by meeting daily TAT and updating the clients regarding due amount along
with date of collecting the cards.
• Supported both Medical claims and Finance department as a part of daily duties.
Medical Claims :
 Validating of Claim forms along with medical bills attached
 Registration ,scanning and uploading of Claims form in daman portal.
 Understanding the Customer issues and providing the right solution with less time .
 Handling of claim rejections , customer queries and coordinating with different team to
provide best solution to customer .
 Creating of Issues on every Existing incorrect Claim and tracking the status to update
the customer .
 Handling of Checks like check receivables and payables for Medical Claims.
Finance Support :
 Providing right Invoices and SOA to the clients as per the request .
 Update regarding Fines , Commissions , Refunds and Credit notes and also sending
payment notification with due date.
 Providing Fine calculation sheet if he/she is eligible for fine.
 After Payment sending the application for Printing .

Role& Responsibilities : As an Analyst–Client servicing in Global Logic India ltd (Client: Google)
my core responsibilities are to monitor user’s community events and any other users who use Google
applications from their computers and make sure the users are verified and have access to the
websites
• Main task is lead generation, identifying consumers and suppliers on Ecommerce portal.
• Studying the requirements of consumers providing solutions by with relevant supplier.
• Identifying due and renewals from the client in our database and sending remainders.
• Training different clients and teams on Web ERP and Ecommerce.
• Updating of Buy leads ,credit points and its laps policies.
• Working with the client on relevance of purchase lead and conversion rate.
• Practical understanding of the data flow in the various websites and catalog.
• Understanding of operational risk while operating the websites.
• Checking website, blogs, Keywords, views and clicks as per Google standards.
• Maintaining relationship and interactions between functional groups.
• Preparation of checklists for process controls and perform regular audits.
• Analysis and plans for business targets from the success measures.
