Donkey in business

I wrote this for fun and I
apologies to the Donkey,
please don’t feel offended
The problem
In todays most businesses; what so call
business people, managers and C’ class are
not aware of the changes around them and
they still want to direct using the concept it
is my carriage and
I place the Donkey whenever I like
Normalization of Donkey’s Position in front of the carriage
Guiding
Directions
The Solution
The solution of those top managers and
owners comes always this way
By placing the cart infront of the Donkey
The results
• The donkey does not see the road
• The donkey goes to left and the carriage goes to the right
• And vise versa and versa vice
• Audience watch and cannot comment
• Managers, owners and C’s try to fix the problem cause they will
allow any one else to fix it
• The problem is obvious to some, but
• Some don’t care
The final solution
The managers, owners and C’ usually and most of the
cases realize the problem and talk to the Donkey
accusing him (petty) that he is a donkey and because
he is; he does not get angry. As a matter of fact you are
calling him by name.
They decide to fix the problem;
And what they do?
Change the Donkey
And the problem geos on forever
