Starting and maintaining a new business for a couple of years worth the gains perceived along
the short period. That is the fortune I capitalize on from my business initiative “What Is Next”.
The jump I made in different business domains and knowledge areas in the past two years has
elevated my experience to a level wouldn’t have been reached in a decade of casual work.
Managing “What Is Next” has brought me expertise in the domain of business development,
sales & marketing, as well as general management areas.
Topping up with my technical experience for the last few years in different IT domains with
different reputable firms concretes my outstanding position in the IT solutions industry.
With this multi-domain knowledge and experience; I have ambitions towards fulfilling a position
in the “Business Analysis and Development” domain.

Integrating clients website and business with online collaboration and
knowledge sharing applications and tools is one must have requirement
of all business owners these days. Using existing cost efficient solutions
like Google Business Applications, Google Analytic, and Google
Webmaster has reduced our development time, efforts, and cost. Thus,
yielding to elevating our earnings via faster delivery, proved solutions,
and direct customer satisfaction; as well as minimizing our
maintenance efforts.
Purchasing a Customers Relations Management – CRM – system is of
no value unless the solution is properly customized to align with
business workflows and different organization units requirements. Our
involvement customizing Microsoft CRM for different business sectors
such as Automobile Industry and Media Services has brought us an
extensive experience in this special IT domain.
Committing to community service we decided to offer some added
value applications for free. A windows mobile Bulk SMS sender was one
of the applications that we provided for free as downloadable
components in our site.
Providing a proof of concept – POC – as well as proof of capability, we
also offered an enhanced GUI demo for hotels and restaurants
customer requests.
Although not coming from a Business Administration background;
managing the financial status, setting up the communications
standards, writing the business plans, and marketing the company has
concreted a very good level of experience in general management
aspects.
