In February 2006 O2 decided for VOICETRUST Password Reset. The deployed VOICETRUST Server was equipped with 4 Speech channels and Passwort Reset Connectors for Windows ADS and RSA SecureID. Within 2 months 85% of the 9.000 Telefónica O2 employees registered to the service. Since 2007 further target systems are connected via the BMC Control SA Reset Connector. „ As Project Manager I could complete the Deployment within 3 months in time.”  Peter Stein, Project Manager . „We are highly satisfied with Passwort Reset from VOICETRUST, especially because the supplier was very flexible in delivering customer specific adaptations.’’  Wolfgang Gunsenheimer, Head of User Service Centers . Added Value Today the VOICETRUST System renders 90 % of the 400 Password Reset requests each month. Thus 2 Service Agents could be engaged for higher qualified tasks.
