St. Paul's Church hosted a farewell party for Gareth and
Anne Evans after church on Sunday, 3rd February. We
had champagne and a lovely cake with a Scottish

home in Scotland. Jill Northam interviewed Gareth and
Anne during the morning service.
Gareth noted that they had seen many changes to
Hadley Wood and the community over the decades
they have lived here but the same lasting message of
hope and forgiveness continues to be proclaimed.
Rupert Mackay presented them with a photograph of
the church as a reminder of the loving church family
they have been a part of for many years. John Hall, the
