12. The road to the new set-up will include:
A professional exhibition designer will be hired to give
the museum a new look, with respect for the original
architecture of the building
Emptying the entire museum for redecorating
Deaccessioning of parts of the collection (Egypt etc)
Restructuring of the shop and the cloakroom,
the creation of a proper museum cafe/restaurant with
outdoor-cafe in the garden
The closure of the kitchens as part of the exhibition,
they will be used as space for the restaurant instead
Newly designed showcases, lightning, ekarv exhibition
texts
