Community-Building Events:
Silver Terrace Holiday Party
December 13th, 2008
Community-building events are a great way for people in the
neighborhood to get to know each other. They are also an opportunity for
field users to meet the people who live next to the fields they use, which
creates better understanding between field and park users.

Why it matters…
Silver Terrace
Like good sportsmanship, good stewardship is vital to an enriching
athletic experience. Not only does it teach the valuable lesson of taking
care of the fields we enjoy, but it also helps ensure that those fields will be
primed for next season and for seasons to come.
