Health monitoring is the major problem in today’s world. Due to lack of proper health monitoring, patient suffer from serious health issues. There are lots of IoT devices now days to monitor the health of patient over internet. Health experts are also taking advantage of these smart devices to keep an eye on their patients. With tons of new healthcare technology start-ups, IoT is rapidly revolutionizing the healthcare industry. Here in this project, we will make an IoT based Health Monitoring System which records the patient heart beat rate and body temperature and also send an email/SMS alert whenever those readings goes beyond critical values. Pulse rate and body temperature readings are recorded over ThingSpeak and Google sheets so that patient health can be monitored from anywhere in the world over internet. A panic will also be attached so that patient can press it on emergency to send email/sms to their relative

In the last decade the healthcare monitoring systems have drawn considerable attentions of the researchers. The prime goal was to develop a reliable patient monitoring system so that the healthcare professionals can monitor their patients, who are either hospitalized or executing their normal daily life activities. In this work we present a mobile device based wireless healthcare monitoring system that can provide real time online information about physiological conditions of a patient. Our proposed system is designed to measure and monitor important physiological data of a patient in order to accurately describe the status of her/his health and fitness. In addition the proposed system is able to send alarming message about the patient’s critical health data by text messages or by email reports. By using the information contained in the text or e-mail message the healthcare professional can provide necessary medical advising. The system mainly consists of sensors, the data acquisition unit, microcontroller (i.e., Arduino), and software (i.e., LabVIEW). The patient’s temperature, heart beat rate, muscles, blood pressure, blood glucose level, and ECG data are monitored, displayed, and stored by our system. To ensure reliability and accuracy the proposed system has been field tested. The test results show that our system is able to measure the patient’s physiological data with a very high accuracy.

With rapid development of economies, growth of aging population and the prevalence of chronic diseases across the world, there is an urgent need to find new ways to improve patient outcomes, increase access to care, and reduce the cost of medical care. A health care monitoring system is necessary to constantly monitor patient’s physiological parameters. The tele-medical system focuses on the measurement and evaluation of vital parameters e.g. temperature, electrocardiogram (ECG), heart rate variability, fall detection etc. This will enable doctors and care givers to observe patients without having to be physically present at their bedside, be it in the hospital or in their home.

The continuous improvement of technologies not only helps us transmit the vital physiological signs to the medical personnel but also simplifies the measurement and as a result raises the monitoring efficiency of patients.

The propose system gives us the development of a Raspberry Pi based system for Wireless heartbeat, temperature monitoring, eye monitoring for coma patient, saline level Detector. That will easily provide real time information available for many users and can send them alert in critical conditions over Internet. In India many patients are dying because of heart attacks and reason behind this factor is that they are not getting proper help during the period. To give them timely and proper help first want to continuous monitoring of patient health. The fixed monitoring system can be used only when the patient is lying on bed and these systems are huge and only available in the hospitals in ICU. The system is developed for home use by patients that are not in a critical condition but need to be timely monitored by doctor or family. Wireless-sensor-network-based home monitoring system for elderly activity behaviour involves functional assessment of daily activities. In this paper, we report a mechanism for estimation of elderly well-being condition based on usage of house-hold appliances connected through various sensing units. We define a two new wellness functions to determine the status of the elderly on performing essential daily activities. The modernized system for monitoring and evaluating the essential daily activities was tested at homes for four different elderly persons living alone and the results are encouraging in determining wellness of the elderly.

With the growing and aging population, patient auto monitoring systems are becoming more popular. Smart sensors linked with the internet of things (IoT) make patients' auto monitoring system possible. Nowadays myRIO with LabVIEW is more popular for easy data acquisition, instrument control, and automation. This paper proposed myRIO and IoT based health monitoring and diagnosing system (HMDS) to acquire heartbeat rate, pulse, blood pressure (BP), temperature and activities of the patient using various smart sensors with more accuracy. The acquired raw data from the various sensors had been sent to the myRIO using ESP 8266 Wi-Fi module. The received raw data by the myRIO would be processed to the equivalent medical parameters using LabVIEW and the same might be transferred to the remote monitoring system (RMS) using cloud via a gateway. The abnormalities in the obtained data would be monitored and the diagnosis was made. The experimental setup was developed using various wearable sensors, ESP 8266, myRIO with LabVIEW and cloud with the gateway.

As elderly population increases day by day caretaking demands are also increasing. Hence patient health monitoring systems are gaining importance these days. This paper is based on monitoring of patients. We have designed and developed a reliable, energy efficient patient monitoring system. It is able to send parameters of patient in real time. It enables the doctors to monitor patient's health parameters (temp, heartbeat, ECG, position) in real time. In the current proposed system the patient health is continuously monitored using different sensors which is connected to the Arduino board. And the acquired data is send to the server using Ethernet shield attached to the Arduino board. If any of the parameter values goes beyond the threshold value an alert is given to the doctor using an Android application installed in the doctor’s smartphone.

A health care monitoring system is necessary to constantly monitor the patient's physiological parameters. The main advantage of this system is that the results can be viewed at any time and place. The doctors can be notified by using mobile phones messages if patient health is abnormal. In this system, heartbeat sensor, temperature sensor and blood pressure sensor are used. The system can analyze the signal to detect normal or abnormal conditions. In the system, the internet of things IoT is becoming a major platform for many services and applications. Abstract The project concentrates a selective section of patient monitoring: neonatal care. Several patient monitors are available in the market. Yet it is quite a daunting task in countries with high population like India, because of insufficient resource space availability. It is difficult to keep a track of several patients at a time from both inside and outside hospital premises/medical facility, which includes remote locations. The project involves with sensing the vitals of the newly born babies which are very different when compared to adult patients and transmit these signals to the computer monitor at the nursing station. Also based on the preset threshold values for the recorded values, an alarm system will be introduced with an immediate transfer of the corresponding patient data to the registered medical professional. This paper attempts to design and implement patient monitoring and real time feedback mechanism, equipped with wireless transmission via GSM and Zigbee. Using Zigbee for in-house monitoring and GSM for external correspondence is proposed. The proposed system is likely to be efficient, economical, easy to use, and portable, have wide application potential due to flexibility in the design and software. Health is given the extreme importance now a days by each country with the advent of the novel corona virus. So in this aspect, an IOT based patient health monitoring system is the best solution for such an epidemic. With an improvement in technology and miniaturization of sensors, there have been attempts to utilize the new technology in various areas to improve the quality of human life. As a result, this project is an attempt to solve a health care problem currently society is facing covid 19.The main objective of the project was to design for to reduce the corona virus, reduce the components and man power. The framework can be utilized to constantly screen the wellbeing parameters of a patient. The body temperature, heart rate and spo2 can be measured from anyplace on the globe utilizing IOT Internet of Things . IOT monitoring of health helps in preventing the spread of disease as well as to get a proper diagnosis of the state of health, even if the doctor is at far distance. We proposed a nonstop checking and control instrument to screen the patient condition and store the patient information’s in server utilizing Wi Fi Module based remote correspondence. Hence the proposed architecture collects the sensor data through ESP32 microcontroller and relays it to the WIFI where it is processed and analyzed for remote viewing. Feedback actions based on the analyzed data can be sent back to the doctor or guardian through Google sheet and or SMS alerts in case of any emergencies. There are a number of scopes for IoT in order to make a difference in lives of patients. The devices can capture as well as monitor related data regarding patient and allows the providers to obtain the insights without bringing the patients visiting. The procedure can assist the patient results as well as preventing the possible communications for the process that involves risk. However, lack of electronic health record (EHR) system integration is one of the major issues faced while using IoT in healthcare. Some of the EHR systems allow the patients importing data into the record. However, it remains limited to a few dominant where the EHR players as well as leaves providers unspecific of the processing data that can be helpful for the organization to use the process. The challenges for interoperability in order to keep data in distinctive medical devices depend on the purpose and ordering physician.

Health is given the extreme importance now a days by each country with the advent of the novel corona virus. So in this aspect, an IOT based patient health monitoring system is the best solution for such an epidemic. With an improvement in technology and miniaturization of sensors, there have been attempts to utilize the new technology in various areas to improve the quality of human life. As a result, this project is an attempt to solve a health care problem currently society is facing covid 19.The main objective of the project was to design for to reduce the corona virus, reduce the components and man power. The framework can be utilized to constantly screen the wellbeing parameters of a patient. The body temperature, heart rate and spo2 can be measured from anyplace on the globe utilizing IOT Internet of Things . IOT monitoring of health helps in preventing the spread of disease as well as to get a proper diagnosis of the state of health, even if the doctor is at far distance. We proposed a nonstop checking and control instrument to screen the patient condition and store the patient information’s in server utilizing Wi Fi Module based remote correspondence. Hence the proposed architecture collects the sensor data through ESP32 microcontroller and relays it to the WIFI where it is processed and analyzed for remote viewing. Feedback actions based on the analyzed data can be sent back to the doctor or guardian through Google sheet and or SMS alerts in case of any emergencies. There are a number of scopes for IoT in order to make a difference in lives of patients. The devices can capture as well as monitor related data regarding patient and allows the providers to obtain the insights without bringing the patients visiting. The procedure can assist the patient results as well as preventing the possible communications for the process that involves risk. However, lack of electronic health record (EHR) system integration is one of the major issues faced while using IoT in healthcare. Some of the EHR systems allow the patients importing data into the record. However, it remains limited to a few dominant where the EHR players as well as leaves providers unspecific of the processing data that can be helpful for the organization to use the process. The challenges for interoperability in order to keep data in distinctive medical devices depend on the purpose and ordering physician.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's "natural" or un-paid ("organic") search results.[jargon] In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine's users. SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, video search, academic search,[1] news search and industry-specific vertical search engines. As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience. Optimizing a website may involve editing its content, HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines. Promoting a site to increase the number of backlinks, or inbound links, is another SEO tactic. The plural of the abbreviation SEO can refer to "search engine optimizers," those who provide SEO service.

In military operations, one of the challenges is that the soldiers are not able to communicate with the control room or army base station. Once a troop become injured or need some help during the panic situations in the battlefield then it becomes more difficult to monitor them and bring back to the base station. It is necessary for the army base station to guide the soldiers in such cases. Our project is a wireless embedded system by which the health status of the troopers who get injured can be monitored by the army control unit. This system facilitates continuous investigation of the trooper for emergency looked over by attendees. The doctors and caregivers monitor the trooper in real time through the data received through the internet. This system consists of temperature sensor, ECG sensor and camera interface. The data value measured by the sensors and the image captured by the camera are transmitted wirelessly using the internet. Also, a soldier can ask for help from the control room when they need help in critical situation.

Recently, heat-related diseases like COVID19, Chickenpox, Typhoid, and others are increasing significantly; therefore, the need for portable devices to measures the heat of the human body accurately, quickly, easily with low cost has become very necessary to preserve the life of patients. For this reason, a smart system has been developed to monitor the patient's heat, in addition to temperature and humidity of the critical environment such as surgical operating rooms, patients’ isolation rooms and pharmacies, because it can help propagate infectious agents like viruses and bacteria. The proposed system divided into four parts: transmitted part (arduino, heat sensor, and hygrometer sensor), alarm part consists of lights and alarm bell, emergency part (doctors and nurses), and the medical application has been used as the last part. The application can be used only by authorized persons and through the accounts which are granted to them, in order to protect the data from sabotage and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of it.

The Internet of Things (IOT) depicts the organization of actual items that are implanted with sensors, programming, and different advances for the point of interfacing and trading information with different gadgets and frameworks over the web . In this day and age, there are numerous IOT based, these IOT based gadgets and machines range from wearable like brilliant watches to RFID stock following chips. IOT associated gadgets convey by means of organizations or cloud-based stages associated with the snare of Things. Among the applications that Internet of Things (IOT) encouraged to the planet , Healthcare applications are generally imperative . There are numerous wellbeing checking gadgets accessible. These framework comprises two sensors that is Heartbeat and blood heat sensor and furthermore contains Arduino UNO. This versatile gadget will screen heartbeat and blood heat utilizing sensors. The framework utilizes Arduino board which is associated with heart beat sensor and temperature sensor. The framework will take contribution from the guts beat and blood heat sensors and can send the data to Arduino. The Arduino will send the information of two sensors to LCD alphanumeric presentation . This presentation will show the perusing of the heartbeat sensor and blood heat sensor in BPM (Beats Per Minute) and in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

The design and development of a low power wearable physiological parameter monitoring system have been developing and reporting in this paper. The system can be used to monitor physiological parameters, such as ECG signals, temperature and heartbeat. The system consists of an electronic device which is worn on the wrist and finger, by an at-risk person. Using several sensors to measure different vital signs, the person is wirelessly monitored within his own home. An epic sensor has been used to detect ECG signals. The device is battery powered for use outdoors. The device can be easily adapted to monitor athletes and infants. The low cost of the device will help to lower the cost of home monitoring of patients recovering from illness. A prototype of the device has been fabricated and extensively tested with very good results.

The presentation explores the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) from its inception to its current status in the modern world. The term "artificial intelligence" was first coined by John McCarthy in 1956 to describe efforts to develop computer programs capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. This concept was first introduced at a conference held at Dartmouth College, where programs demonstrated capabilities such as playing chess, proving theorems, and interpreting texts. In the early stages, Alan Turing contributed to the field by defining intelligence as the ability of a being to respond to certain questions intelligently, proposing what is now known as the Turing Test to evaluate the presence of intelligent behavior in machines. As the decades progressed, AI evolved significantly. The 1980s focused on machine learning, teaching computers to learn from data, leading to the development of models that could improve their performance based on their experiences. The 1990s and 2000s saw further advances in algorithms and computational power, which allowed for more sophisticated data analysis techniques, including data mining. By the 2010s, the proliferation of big data and the refinement of deep learning techniques enabled AI to become mainstream. Notable milestones included the success of Google's AlphaGo and advancements in autonomous vehicles by companies like Tesla and Waymo. A major theme of the presentation is the application of generative AI, which has been used for tasks such as natural language text generation, translation, and question answering.
