Use arrow keys to move in the world
Use "Page Up" to jump; If "page up" is pressed for more
than 3 seconds, avatar will start flying
Right click on a chair and click on "please sit" to sit
To sit on Sofa or in video rooms, right click on "red" buttons
and click on "please sit"
Go to Edit->Preferences->Voice Chat and check "Use Push-
To-Talk" in toggle mode; This enables voice chat
Click on "Show Chat Bar" on bottom left to bring up Chat
box.

Step 2 : Click on Marker icon to bring up whiteboard
editing on a browser

Step 3: Close whiteboard session by clicking on STOP
icon (moderator only)

Note : Polls and Quiz are only available in Video Room 1
Step 1 : Click on Book icon (leftmost button below the
screen)
Step 2 : Choose a file containing poll questions. (Use
the attachments in your email for example poll file
format)

Step 3 : Use Right and left icon buttons (top row) to
control poll questions. A good practice is to have this
question on the slides being shared since the context
can be maintained that way
Step 4: For a question that is on display, ask the users
for feedback. They need to click on Vote icon

Polls and Quiz are conducted the same way. The key
differences are the file formats (see attached), Quiz
button to open file upload page and Red Alarm button
(bottom right) to provide your answers.
13. How to share videos
Video sharing is only available in Video Room 2
Click anywhere on screen to initiate video session
From that point onwards, entering "video,<Youtube URL>"
will play the video; e.g. video,http://www.youtube.
com/watch?v=0z5w2LdQuFA
will play a video
