WHY DO WE NEED NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND? ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
I feel that no child left behind could be very beneficial to me as a future teacher. Although I know at times it will be stressful from this article I feel that will give me the ability to learn to evaluate myself as well as learn to try new ideas to develop my teaching to reach all students. Throughout my career my biggest goal is to be able to develop my teaching style in such a way that I reach ALL students. I want every student that enters my classroom to feel that I have inspired them. Teaching is an act of passion and I feel in order to be passionate about student you must do your best to reach every student in a way that is compatible to their learning style. Click Me 

Schools are being held to much higher standards. Many of the graduation requirements for secondary school is becoming much more difficult. Because schools must compete for funding students are being forced to raise the bar for their academic competence and standards as well . C L I C K M E
Students now are having to compete against much greater odds. In the bubbles surrounding the students standards and requirements are being forced to become more difficult and particular so students must be able to become more adapting to reaching higher marks and develop more with our changing society and abilities.

HOW DO TEACHERS MAKE DATA INFORMED DECISIONS? http://www.eric.ed.gov/ERICDocs/data/ericdocs2sql/content_storage_01/0000019b/80/43/48/3e.pdf This is a continuous process. A teacher must keep this in mind as a constant evaluation and implementation. Something that a teacher must realize is that having a way of teaching is fine by you have always remember to asses and reflect on if you are meeting the academic needs of your students, if not, you have to find a new way and begin planning. Click my picture to see what this means to me as a future teacher!
As a future teacher this article taught me a great deal about being an excellent teacher. Teaching is not about setting in stone a style or form of teaching that is ‘your style’. It is about being able to modify how and what you teach to meet the needs, abilities, and requirements of your students. To be a outstanding teacher you must continuously analyze and evaluate yourself. I did not realize how vital it is for a teacher to be able to evaluate themselves and the success of their students to learn how to modify their work. In so many ways teaching is only another form learning you are constantly finding ways to develop and help yourself and your students excel. Teaching is passion that I hope to devote every part of myself to. I want to learn to evaluate and develop myself in such a way that I am constantly inspiring my students to be better than they are and to reach for the dreams and desires.
