Chapter Status Promising group of young men Chapter is presently in a state of resurgence 55 members, 47 living in the chapter house GPA in the top half of all OSU fraternities (and improving) Paired with Delta Delta Delta for Homecoming Strong showing for Spring Sing Parents club raised $7,500 this year Hosted Alumni Golf Function Spring 2008

Property Status • Currently owned by LCAP (Lambda Chi Alpha Properties) • Property being transferred to Alpha Eta Housing Corp – May 31st 2008 • Current Debt: $320K, Estimated Value: $750K • Many Improvements Since LCAP Acquisition ► Central Heat & Air in front of house ► Electrical Re-wiring in much of structure ► Major Bathroom Re-vamp ► Fire Supression / Safety System • Parents Club is providing new common area flooring • Overall condition is rated as fair / many more needs exist

Alpha Eta Housing Corporation Status • Alpha Eta Housing Corp is an Inactive Non-Profit Corporation but still in good standing with the State of Oklahoma • How best to manage the property? ► Isthere alumni support for Housing Corp? ► What are the needs? Lawyer, Finance, Contracting Expertise and preferably someone in Stillwater ► Commitment to attend 4 meetings per year
- 6. Alumni Association Status • Alpha Eta Alumni Association is presently non-existent ► Goal of two quality events per year ► Need for volunteers to facilitate communication and future events ► Foster participation and networking

Alpha Eta Scholarship Fund Through the LXA Educational Foundation • Lambda Chi Alpha Education Foundation Scholarship ► Initial Grant Committed ( > $20,000) ► Tax Deductible Giving ► Rush Tool ► Provides Incentive for members who excel in academics and to live in the house: 3.5+ GPA: $600, 3.25-3.5 GPA: $450, 3.0 GPA: $200 3.25- Must live in house and be member in good standing Scholarship paid in arrears and only after member is moved in house and paid depsit house ► Rent Assurance ► Encourages those undergraduates with good habits to remain as residents in the house
