Company Introduction
 Adamant Capital Partners AD (ACP) is a regulated Financial Intermediary – licensed
and supervised by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission;
 ACP is licensed to perform the below activities in EU and third countries:
 Securities Brokerage;
 Investment Research & Financial Analysis
 Public & Private Securities Placements;
 Corporate Advisory, M&A, Takeovers;
 Investment Advisory Services;
 Individual Portfolio Management;
 Custody Services;
 Foreign Exchange (related to the investment services);
