The Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above, has communicated
the G.Os. in the reference first read above, where in the Govt. have issued orders of repatriation to the
teachers to their respective local cadres, as shown in the Annexures appended to the said G.Os, who were
recruited through the District Selection Committees of respective districts in the entire state for the years 1994
to 1999 in violation of the reservation for local candidates as prescribed under Presidential Order. It is also
requested to take immediate necessary action to implement the above orders, to relieve the concerned
teachers on 23-04-2008 who are being transferred on repatriation now.
In view of the above instructions Sri/Smt/Kum. GEDI UMA, SGT-T, ZPHS,VENGAMAMBA PURAM ,
BALAYAPALLI Mandal is here by repatriated to their local cadre district i.e. Kadapa with instructions to
report to the District Collector, Kadapa for place posting orders. Further, it is also informed that they are
eligible for T.T.A. and protection of their seniority in service.
Therefore, the Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters concerned are requested to relieve
Sri/Smt/Kum. GEDI UMA, SGT-T, ZPHS,VENGAMAMBA PURAM , BALAYAPALLI Mandal immediately and submit
compliance.
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith by all the concerned.
This has got the approval of the Collector and District Magistrate, Nellore.
