The Innovators: Jamie Vogelbacher, Gwen Smith and Vinay Patel have taken on a case study evolved around Microsoft and their mobile phone Windows Phone 7. Microsoft is currently facing update failures with this mobile device and many Samsung smartphones have been affected.
