2. Good characteristics of a leader
• Kind- you need to be kind in order to get along with people and discuss
other peoples ideas.
• Smart- you want to be smart and make choices that are good and
positive for everyone.
• Positive- you want to be the best you can be and never put yourself
or others down.
• AskQuestions- don’t be scared to ask questions and get other
people’s opinions.
• Confident- you want to be confident in yourself and your actions.

3. More good characteristics of a leader
• Prepared- you need to be prepared for anything that comes your
way.
• Teamwork- teamwork is very important if you want to be a good
leader. You need to be able to share ideas with other people and work
with others.
• Creativity- you need to be creative and think outside of the box.
• Planning- you need to plan ahead of time and know what you are
doing.
• Making good choices- you need to make good choices if you
are a leader. If people are looking up to you, you don’t need to do bad
things. You have to make the right choices.

4. How to improve leadership
characteristics
• Being confident- to be confident you need to speak up in group
events, have good posture, and compliment other people. You want to
stand out.
• Planning- to have good planning skills you need to schedule things
ahead of time. Always be on time, and don’t commit to something you
can’t make it to.
• Being kind- to be kind you need to respect people and not have a
mean attitude toward everything. Your actions are a big part of being kind.
Being smart- to be smart all you have to do is pay attention in
school! Don’t get far behind and get bad grades on tests just because you
didn’t pay attention in class.

5. How to improve leadership
characteristics
• Teamwork- having the ability to work together and agree with
other people’s ideas is how you get better at teamwork.
• Positive- to be positive you have to have a good attitude about
everything, even if its something you don’t want to do.
• Ask Questions- to ask questions you need to come forward and
actually ask if you don’t know what to do.
