of
high
intrigue,

2. of loves lost,

3. valour lived,

4. courage in the face of treachery,

5. justice at the very end

6. draw our attention, covet our eyes.

7. We are fascinated by stories
that remind
our
imaginations
of emotions
we once felt,

8. visions
we once dreamt,

9. truths we once held up as essential,
yet
let
languish
nnattended

10. as
we
pursued
other
options.

11. Beneath the stories that thrill our hearts
lies a deeper narrative
that, true or not,
paves the road upon which we will walk.

12. May we
feel the
path
beneath
our feet,

13. be
attentive
to its
direction,

14. and as we come to know its power
may we come also,
to know our own.

15. As those who would choose beyond the
narrative,
we challenge ourselves.

16. May it be so.
