Octavio went to his friend Alex's house for a sleepover. When he heard a noise in the kitchen, Alex admitted that his house was haunted. That night, something broke in their room, causing the boys to run outside in a panic. On his way home, Octavio heard noises behind him and thought he saw a ghost, but it turned out to be a hawk. He ran the whole way home in fear until he was finally safe.

2. One time I went to my friend's house. His name is Alex.

3. I went to have a sleep over, but when I was unpacking, I heard a noise in the kitchen.

4. When I asked my friend if he had a ghost, he said, "Yes." I was so terrified!

5. In the night I heard a noise in the room. Something broke!

6. Then we ran outside. I was panicking when I was walking home. I heard some noises behind me.

7. I heard something beside me! It was a hawk!

8. I ran and ran until I was tired.

9. When I got home, it all passed away.
