  1. 1. Click Here to log in, You could use your username and password combination Or use Facebook signing if your Facebook Profile is linked to your account
  2. 2. Congratulations, You're Now Logged In
  3. 3. Now, that you have logged in to the site, you can now navigate to the “My Profile” menu item under Member access tab on the page
  4. 4. Please remember, that you will not be able to Access this page if you're not logged in.
  5. 5. Now that you have accessed your profile you can begin the process of setting up your user profile.
  6. 6. Click here to Update your profile information
  7. 7. From this tab you can go ahead and edit your profile details You can also change your password from this field if you so desire, Just keep these points in mind. Password should not include any spaces, should be at least six characters long, and can include upper and lower case letters, numbers and special signs
  8. 8. From here you can update/edit your email details if your email address has changed, You can also include your telephone number, blackberry pin, and Skype address. Please note when members search and look at your profile only selected information will be seen by them. reference slide 15-16
  9. 9. From here one can edit their membership details, Indicate which club you belong to as well as position held Within the club, you can also put the year that you were inducted in the club. Don't forget to click update to save changes made.
  10. 10. Here you can add in details of your occupation, your employer, or business if self- employed. You can also add details of your birth date. You can also link your Facebook account to your profile on the site by copying and pasting Facebook profile URL in the space provided
  11. 11. Should you wish to write something about yourself you can do so here in the bio tab.
  12. 12. Another useful feature is the User List. From here a user can search for others as well as themselves
  13. 13. As you can see from this example: A user is searching for John Doe
  14. 14. After typing the name John Doe and click Find Users, a list of names matching the criteria appears. N.B.- The results show that although there is no user by the name of John Doe registered, there are persons with the name or surname John.
  15. 15. Here’s another example, the user searched the name Denson. And as you can see the search pulled up the only name on the site matching the search criteria

  33. 33. As soon as the file is approved by a site administrator it will appear in the category you specified for download

  • The search brings up any names closely matching the search criteria
  • Users, if you happen to forget your login information click this link to access the reminder option that sends your information to the email address that you registered to the site with.
  • Users, can select either one of the two options or both if they forgot both Username and Password. The information will be forwarded to their registered email.
  • Users simply enter the email address that they registered on the site with, along with the unique security code that will show up to the left of the screen and click the Send Username/Password button. N.B.:- If a user tries to use an email address that was not registered with the site this will not work, the email must be the same one used to register. Additionally its advises and encouraged to use this method instead of making multiple accounts on the site, as this leads to difficulty in effectively maintaining the data
