Without Uniform, but looks serious
      Looks elegant and match with the store images

The first product:
      The cristal tiles, were in the entrance
Products arranged:
      By collections, and prices
Location:
      Most of the products are at eye level,
      and are easy to find, the prices are all in
      the same place of the product.
Costumers:

Most of the costumers are with someone else
      They are family, husbands or architect-client

Age and gender:
      Most of the clients are women between
      30 and 40 years old

Attitude:
      Most of the costumers are browsing, and
      they touch the products, for textures.

               Feels Welcome

               You feel with curiosity

Enviroment:
Colors: cristal, white , gray
                 Looks dirty
Clear Floor,
                 Looks careless
Low and Opaque ceilings
                 I feel pinched
Brigthly, noisy, hot
                 Was to much people and I feel suffocated
The smell:
                 Always smell like food
The store crowed with merchandise
              The merchandise looks cheap
Personnel:

Weird people
      Men between 18 and 25 years old

Without Uniform, informal look
      Match with the store images

      There are many posts or stands and are

      are difficult to find because they are

      They are friends

      Most of the clients are boys and girls
      between 13 and 17 years old

      Most of the costumers are on a mission.

OXXO
First impression:

Closed Doors
    But feels welcome

    but this a good scale, not feeling that falls
    over

    Looks like a good franchise
Enviroment:
Colors: gray, red, yellow
             Is a ordinary place
Bright Clear Floor
             Looks clean
Average height ceiling
             I feel comfortable
Brigthly and cold
             I’m not much time there
The store has enough merchandise
             The merchandise looks well
Personnel:

Friendly people
      Men between 30 and 45 years

Without Uniform
      but with an apron

      The beer
Products arranged:
      By type of product
Location:
      The products are easy to find, the prices
      are easy to see. In these place are
      impulse items near the cash register.

Most of the costumers are alone
      Are input through output

      Most of the costumers are on a mission,
      go directly to the product.

               It isn’t well known that both inside

            is not something that you take notice
High ceilings
            But I feel comfortable

Not to much Brigthly, is a little noisy.
           The noise comes from the people and
           the phones
The store crowed with merchandise
            there are many things on the walls
Personnel:

Friendly people
      Men between 18 and 30 years old, they
      are always smiling

              I feel very comfortable

Bothersome people

      They use clothes of the store
