19. We provide a 14-day cooling-off
period in which you are entitled
to a refund of your premium if
you have a genuine reason.
Your disinclination to travel or
refusal of a visa application is
not a reason for cancellation.
21. It is best to book your
insurance as soon as you have
booked and paid for your
holiday. This will then give you
cancellation cover should you
not be able to travel.

You must either purchase
another policy online, or contact
