The Implementation Challenges

Global meets Local meets Global
Evidence-based practice is proven to work
Every environment is different
We can blueprint perfection, but we
cannot build it
Our systems are open to the unexpected
People doing the work know what works
Change is certain, but rate is unknowable

What is FIT?
      Complex Adaptive System

A collection of individual agents who have
the freedom to act in unpredictable ways,
and whose actions are interconnected such
that they produce system-wide patterns.

                                                         Agents interact

Those system-wide System-wide
