In developing the tool we’ve taken inputs from our library of best practices and the experiences of AWA’s senior team. We estimate that some 150 years of experience has been captured within the tool. The model includes an assessment of XXXX practices which together go to creating AWA’s view of Workplace Management Best Practice Many organisations have now adopted the EFQM quality model. Our model has been developed in line with the European Foundation for Quality Management model framework and in conjunction with an EFQM specialist and so all results can be presented in relation to the model..
