Can I ask where you are
storing the customer/
attendee data on your end,
and how it's secured?
All customer data is in a shared infrastructure account for S3 and
Dynamo DB, storing customer and attendee data using security
access control policies using IAM. Account data is available from
the email owner in the reporting engine. That includes details of
all creates, sends, updates, and cancels of the calendar invites of
each calendar invite. In this service, we do not give access to any
record details unless it's for investigation purposes.
We host a cloud formation instance in our AWS account in the SAAS edition. All
AWS services running in the SAAS account are only used by your users, paired with
a specific domain selected for RSVP services. Storage security operations would be
auditable to the event with detailed time stamps for attendee data stored in S3
and Dynamo DB. Account data access to all events and all users via an Analytics
dashboard.
All AWS services are separated into an AWS account under your operations by
installing our Cloud Formation template. All AWS services are available for
usage reporting. Storage operations would be auditable to the event with
detailed time stamps for attendee data stored in S3 and Dynamo DB. The
Technical Deployment guide for the Cloud Formation template includes details
of the Well-Architected Designs. Access to all events and all users is available
from the Analytics dashboard.

For GDPR and CCPA, we meet the obligations of separating customer data, files, and accounts based on the organizer name for all operations of the calendar invite service. Includes ICAL Ingestion from the customer's Calendar
Client, Calendar Invite Sending through the AWS SES service, and any Updating or canceling of the event through the service. For these operations, we provide a timestamp of any communications for AWS catalog services if an
external authority requests for investigation and can provide granulated reporting through the use of automation tools that are in place for logging and reporting all machine data for auditing purposes. These reports are ready
and in the master console for paying customers of the SAAS or Enterprise License agreements.

We leverage AA for the Email & Calendar Clients. In the Free
Service, we only send to the CN or organizer email address with
a BUTTON within the Notification email that is only available in
the email for sending back to the organizer's email. There is no
way for the forwarded calendarsnack email button to work for
anyone other than the original creator of the calendar snack.
Yes, In the SAAS edition, you have a dashboard as an Individual under AA to sign in
to get your report as an option and have the file sent to you under Email AA to the
Email address of the event creator. SAAS edition provides the company
administrator access to all data sent with the calendarsnack service at an event and
file level for RSVP data analytics. OTP is an option to be turned on for both email
reports and Portal Access Logins.

Asking for a OTP does not protect the file itself and is not
offered in the free service since we use AA security of the Email
and Calendar Clients.

product features as you see fit in the Backend (BE) and Front (FE) templates we
provide. In addition we can add OTP password to the SAAS License agreement and
will make sure its integrated.
