I'm a Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group. I specifically work with our small enterprise clients to ensure that we create research that is both interesting and usable. My primary focus assessing how people use technology to get stuff done. I also have an abiding interest in technical handbooks of the Renaissance, hockey analytics, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Basically, I enjoy boring people with long technical conversations. My background in Civil Engineering and Library Science certainly helps.
