This document summarizes student achievement data from Sperreng Middle School. It shows that in 2013, 72.8% of students were proficient or advanced in English/Language Arts on the MAP test, down slightly from 2012. In math, 84.3% were proficient, up slightly from 2012. 79.6% were proficient in science, up from the previous year. Sperreng ranked highly compared to other schools in the state and region in these subjects. Areas for improvement include increasing performance among certain student subgroups. The school earned high marks under the state's accountability system.
