The Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) in Roorkee, India is a leading national laboratory established in 1947 to generate and promote building science and technology in the country. It assists the building construction and materials industries in finding timely solutions to problems related to planning, design, materials, construction, and disaster mitigation.
