Graeme Archer Senior Search Consultant [email_address] Graeme joined Management Search in February of 2007 as a Senior Search Consultant focused on critical talent acquisition and strategic sourcing for organizations across the country. His practice best serves organizations looking for key talent, generally reporting directly to senior level Executives. In addition, he serves organizations involved in aggressive growth and expansion where multiple hires across diverse disciplines are required. During his tenure with Management Search, Graeme has built a national search practice dedicated to roles varying from individual contributors to Director level and above. Graeme has worked with organizations whose sales revenue has ranged from $17M to $5.3B, and in such organizations the employee count has been as low as 85 and as high as 17,500. Graeme is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from General Electric and holds a certification in the Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing.
