Generate a RefWorks bibliography

1. This Tutorial Demonstrates:
1. Accessing PsycINFO.
2. Importing articles into
RefWorks.
3. Putting articles into a folder.
4. Generating a bibliography.

3. Scroll down to the Social
Work menu and choose
PsycINFO.

4. This is a menu of
recommended Social
Work databases.

5. We’re going to search
PsycINFO for articles on
SUICIDE PREVENTION.

6. We’re going to send multiple
articles to RefWorks at once.
When you find the articles you
want, click on the folder icon.

7. Once you have all the
articles you want, click on
FOLDER VIEW.

8. To export the articles, click
SELECT ALL, then EXPORT.

9. Click SAVE.

10. Log in using the account you
created in the first tutorial.

12. Your articles have been
imported to RefWorks!

13. To move them to a folder:
1. Choose All in List.
2. Hover over the folder icon.
3. Select New Folder.

14. Name the folder and
click Create.

15. Click on the folder Test Folder
to see what’s in it.
Use this folder to CREATE
BIBLIOGRAPHY.

16. Select your citation output style
(e.g. APA 6th).
Select a document type (e.g. Word
for Windows).
Then click Create Bibliography.

17. Check for the pop-up information
at the bottom of the page.

18. Your bibliography has been
created!
Remember to double-check the
citations in the bibliography
RefWorks generates.
