PowerPoint allows users to view presentations in several ways like Normal view, Slide Sorter view, Notes Page view, and Slide Show view. It also allows formatting of slides, including modifying the color scale, zooming in and out, and saving presentations in different formats. Printing options include Full Page Slides, Notes Page, Outline, and Handouts formats. Formatting tools let users align, justify, and change line spacing of paragraphs, as well as add bullets and format text boxes. Design features allow applying themes, changing font and slide colors, adding backgrounds, headers/footers, and more.

2. Presentation Views
• You can view a presentation in many different ways:
• Normal: This is the default view, the notes are showned below.
It focuses on individulal slides.
• Slide Sorter: This shows all slides on the same screen.
• Notes Page: This disolays 1 slide at a time including their
resepective notes.
• Slide Show: This helps you see your presentation, the way the
public will see it. (preview) 2

• You can modify the color scale in a variety of options: Color,
Black and White or Grayscale.
• The zoom tool lets you zoom out or zoom in to see the whole
slide or just a specific part.
• Other of the options that power point allows you to do is to
watch an amount of presentation at once in order for you to
compare and check them.

• The Print Preview helps you seeyour presentation exactly as it will

• You can finnd the print preview in the backstage view.
• Formats avaivable in print preview :
• Full Page Slides: prints one slide per page.
• Notes Page: one per page with its notes.
• Outline: in outline form, without graphics.
• Handouts: multiple slides per page.

• You can align your paragraphs either to the right, left,
or center.

• Bullets are small dots that appear before a text.

• Quick Styles is a tool that helps you format really fast a text box or a
word art.
• You can also set up different options to your text boxes like appling
columns or turning on/offthe spelling options.
