CORE OBJECTIVE TARGET
QHSE 1 Continue to improve Management System
familiarization at the management / leadership
level.
Accomplish training and familiarization of ten training topics through-
out the year with the Department Heads and Operations
Managers/Coordinators. Target 50% attendance level for each topic.
50% individual for all topics.
QHSE 2 Continue to increase management’s visibility in
the field to promote
Safety leadership and increase familiarization of
HSE related topics.
- Each Project Manager to accomplish 1 Walk-on audit site visit per
project accompanied by a HSE Representative.
- The Construction Manager to accomplish 1 Walk-on Audit site project
during the year accompanied by a HSE Representative.
HSE 3 Continue efforts to reduce injuries in the
workplace by increasing the use of safety tools to
prevent accidents.
Accomplish a goal of 5 proactive efforts / 1000 man hours per project.

HSE 4 Continue efforts to strengthen the culture of
utilizing Stop Work Authority when unsafe
situations arise, which require the job to be
stopped and mitigation actions to be taken to
continue safely.
-Increase Stop Work Authority by 10%.
-Accomplish 2 Stop Work Authorities per project throughout 2015
HSE 5 Continue to reduce TRIR (Total Recordable
Incident Rate),
LTIR (Loss Time Incident Rate) and overall
incidents throughout the fleet.
-Accomplish a decrease in overall incidents per man hours worked
compared to 2015.
-Accomplish “Goal Zero”. TRIR and LTIR target of 2.00
Env 6 Reduction of wastes, and
improvement of recycling rate.
Thorough sorting of wastes
• Promotion of general waste recycling
• Implementation of plastic waste recycling
• Improvement of recycling rate
• Establishment of product disposal procedures
