   helplessness
   -- Irritability, restlessness
   -- Loss of interest or pleasure in activities

   details and making decisions
   -- Difficulty sleeping or oversleeping

Treatment
   SAD may be effectively treated with light
   therapy. But nearly half of people with SAD do not
   respond to light therapy
